Leadership - Glen Taylor

Glen Taylor

Chairman and Founder

Glen Taylor, owner and founder, started his career with Carlson Wedding Service while attending college. He later purchased the business, assembled a passionate leadership team and dramatically expanded the firm’s capabilities through acquisitions and start-ups, bringing its spirit of ingenuity across markets and international borders.

Under Glen’s strategic vision and leadership teams for the past 40 plus years, Taylor Corporation's products, services and partnerships have taken many shapes and forms, but its core personality has not changed: focus on the customer and create opportunity and security for Taylor employees.

Taylor attended Harvard Graduate School of Business and earned his Bachelor of Science Degree at Minnesota State University, Mankato. Outside of Taylor Corporation, Glen is active in other business endeavors, such as the Minnesota Timberwolves and Lynx, the Star Tribune and many civic and charitable causes.

Leadership - Deb Taylor

Chief Executive Officer

Deb Taylor joined the leadership team at Taylor Corporation in April 2011 and in June 2015 became chief executive officer. Deb ensures that the Taylor family of companies lives its mission of opportunity and security for its employees and creates a vision for continued growth and focus on the customer.

Under Deb’s leadership, the organization made its largest acquisitions in Taylor’s history, doubling the size of the Corporation. She also spearheaded a refreshed brand strategy, expanded technology offerings and deepened Taylor’s presence in the marketplace – leading Taylor into the future. Deb is passionate about the business and its humble beginnings in North Mankato, Minnesota. Starting as a small printing company, Taylor has evolved into a successful graphic and digital communications organization, serving nearly 60 percent of the Fortune 500 companies and thousands of small to mid-size companies globally.

Deb received a Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of New Hampshire and undergraduate degree from Franklin Pierce University. She has a strong background and experience in strategy, finance, technology and people practices. Prior to joining Taylor, she began her business career at Liberty Mutual, headquartered in Boston, Mass.

As a result of Glen and Deb’s passionate leadership and dedicated teams of employees, Taylor Corporation is one of the largest privately held companies in the U.S. and has evolved into a successful communications, marketing and interactive solutions provider.
